Yes, once we have discussed your request you will be expected to read though and sign two copies of my contract ('model release'), one of which you will keep. This is a legally binding agreement designed to protect both parties, so it is important that you are comfortable with the terms. For instance I reserve the right to use my images for promotional purposes, although under certain circumstances this may be waived, at my discretion. If you do not understand any aspect of the contract, please ask!
