Model shoot, February

Another quick post, I just realised that I haven't updated for four months! Too much study and work unfortunately, but hopefully I'll be getting more time to shoot soon.

These few images were taken on London's South Bank on a freezing February day, and my model was extremely patient as I was also called into work on the day of our shoot, so we only had an hour of daylight. Add to that the extremely cold temperature, and the results were great! We stopped off for a warming drink or two on the way back :)

New shoot

A quick few previews of a shoot from last week, mostly around the exciting new developments at Spitalfields Market and the South Bank of the Thames, which I absolutely love. Some amazing new buildings are going up almost daily and it's nice to just walk about and look up. Here's some images I've already retouched..

Model shoot, South Bank London

Last week I made the most of the late autumn light when I visited the bustling South Bank area of the River Thames in London with model Katrina. This lady has a natural, boho style and picked a colourful outfit which complemented the vibrant colours of the area. There are lots of great backdrops to be found when doing photo shoots in London, and as the sun went down at about 4pm the light had a lovely warm quality. This was my first model shoot and I'm very pleased with the results! I have a few more lined up over the coming weeks so keep your eyes peeled..
